On November 20th, Alibaba (09988.HK) announced that it will price US $2.65 billion USD-denominated senior unsecured notes and RMB-denominated senior unsecured notes of 17 billion yuan. The US dollar bond issuance is expected to end on November 26, 2024; the RMB bond issuance is expected to end on November 28, 2024.
