11月20日讯，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)公告，为26.5亿美元的以美元计价优先无担保票据和170亿元人民币的以人民币计价优先无担保票据定价。美元债券发行预计将于2024年11月26日结束；人民币债券发行预计将于2024年11月28日结束。募集资金净额用于一般公司用途，包括偿还境外债务和股份回购。
