比特币上市矿企MARA Holdings (MARA) 已将其先前宣布的可转换优先票据发行额从7亿美元增加至8.5亿美元。该公司还将初始购买者购买额外债券的期权金额从1.05亿美元提高至1.5亿美元。此次发行预计将于11月20日结束，是针对合格机构买家的私募。此次募集资金预计约为8.33亿美元，其中1.99亿美元用于回购 MARA 2026年现有的2.12亿美元可转换票据。其余部分将用于比特币（BTC）收购、资产扩张和一般公司用途。
