11月19日消息，据国际文传电讯社，俄罗斯政府已批准对加密货币交易和挖矿收入和支出征税的法案修正案草案，根据拟议的立法，出于税收目的，加密货币将被归类为财产，挖矿活动产生的收入将根据收到时的市场价值征税。矿工将被允许从其应税收入中扣除与挖矿作业相关的费用。此外，加密货币交易将免征增值税，其中交易收入将与证券交易收入缴纳相同的税率，个人所得税最高税率为15%。
