He visited the Hong Kong International Financial Leaders Investment Summit in person on November 19 and made it clear that internationalization is a distinctive feature and significant advantage of Hong Kong, and supports Hong Kong to continue to maintain its characteristics and advantages, carry out wider and closer exchanges with other parts of the world, expand international financial cooperation, actively explore and layout emerging markets, and attract more first-class international capital institutions and talents to come to Hong Kong to develop and start business.
