MicroStrategy Plans to Issue 1.75 billion USD Convertible Senior Notes, Will Buy More BTC

MicroStrategy announced that the company plans to issue 0% convertible senior notes totaling $1.75 billion. MicroStrategy also expects to grant initial purchasers the option to purchase up to an additional $250 million of notes within three days of the date of the notes' initial offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there is no guarantee as to whether, when or on what terms the offering will be completed. The announcement stated that MicroStrategy intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase additional bitcoins for general corporate use.
