11月18日消息，CryptoQuant分析师MAC.D发文表示，现货比特币ETF已经累积了现有比特币总量的5.3%，其持仓从年初的629,900枚BTC增加到105万枚BTC，增长了425,000枚BTC。这一增长使ETF持仓在10个月内从占比特币总量的3.15%提升到5.33%。
MAC.D跟踪的数据还显示，通过现货比特币ETF的比特币积累与价格走势之间存在相关性，尤其是在3月和11月的价格上涨期间。
