The Thai Prime Minister stated that Thailand will launch a digital wallet plan in the fourth quarter, which will be consistent with fiscal discipline. The digital wallet plan will boost GDP growth by 1.2-1.6 percentage points. Thailand will use 157 billion baht from the 2025 budget for digital wallets.
