On April 10th, the Ministry of Finance announced that it is regrettable to see Fitch downgrade its outlook on China's sovereign credit rating. In the early stage, we had extensive in-depth communication with the Fitch rating team, and the report also partially reflected the views of the Chinese side. However, from the results, it can be seen that the indicator system of Fitch's sovereign credit rating methodology has failed to effectively and proactively reflect the positive effect of fiscal policy's "moderate strengthening, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement" on promoting economic growth and stabilizing macroeconomic leverage.
