BitMEX co-founder Ben Delo will face a class action lawsuit from users. US District Court Judge Andrew Carter ruled that Ben Delo played a central role in the cryptocurrency exchange's alleged price manipulation plan, following Ben Delo's request to dismiss the lawsuit. However, Judge Andrew Carter believes that he played an important role in designing the clearing system, allowing BitMEX to profit from the so-called manipulation behavior.
