11月15日讯，国家统计局新闻发言人付凌晖表示，随着相关政策落地见效，房地产市场的信心得到了提振，市场交易活跃，房地产市场向着企稳的方向迈进。从监测的40个重点城市销售情况来看，前期回调幅度较大的二线城市边际改善比较明显。从价格来看，10月份，房价回稳的迹象也在初步显现。综合来看，国家统计局对房地产市场后期走势保持乐观态度。
