The first snapshot of the initial PRCL distribution was taken on April 1st. The final loyalty snapshot was taken on April 8th. In order to qualify, the user's TVL must remain at or above the level of February 23rd. The points have been adjusted based on the above variables, and the initial distribution of PRCL is about to begin.
