南非 FSCA 尚未恢复南非交易所 Banxso 牌照

南非金融行为监管局（FSCA）宣布，尽管韦斯特峡分院高等法院已撤销对南非交易所 Banxso (Pty) Ltd 的资金保全令，但 Banxso 的金融服务提供者（FSP）许可证仍被撤销，且公司不得进行金融服务业务，且其资金只能用于迁移客户至其他由 FSCA 授权的金融服务提供者。Banxso 相关案件暂定 2024 年 12 月 4 日再审，FSCA 对 Banxso 及其管理人员的活动正在进行调查。
