A股收评：沪指跌1.39% 医药板块逆势走强

11月12日讯，11月12日，三大指数早间震荡，午后走低，截至收盘，沪指跌1.39%，深证成指跌0.65%，创业板指跌0.07%。盘面上，医药板块逆势走强，药易购、塞力医疗、国际医学、长药控股等涨停。此外，能源金属、商业百货、创新药、锂矿概念等板块涨幅居前；保险、半导体、教育、游戏、证券、软件开发、国防军工等板块跌幅居前。两市下跌个股近3800只，今日成交2.59万亿元。
