According to official sources, Shiba has proposed the establishment of the Strategic Hub for Innovation and Blockchain (S.H.I.B.), a strategic center for innovation and blockchain in the United States, a move that appears to be modelled on Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.). It is reported that the center will be established in a US city and aims to become "the Silicon Valley of cryptocurrency".
