In the first three quarters, support for technological innovation and manufacturing tax cuts, fee reductions and tax refunds exceeded 2 trillion yuan

On November 9th, the State Administration of Taxation released data on the 9th showing that in the first three quarters of this year, the main policies supporting the development of scientific and technological innovation and manufacturing were tax cuts and tax refunds of 2.0868 trillion yuan. Among them, R & D expenses plus deduction and other policies to support increased investment in science and technology, transfer of achievements and the introduction and training of scientific and technological talents, tax reduction, fee reduction and tax refund of about 893.70 billion yuan; advanced manufacturing enterprises VAT plus deduction and tax refund policies to support the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, tax reduction, fee reduction and tax refund of about 810.70 billion yuan; high-tech enterprises reduce corporate income tax at a rate of 15%, new energy vehicles are exempted from vehicle purchase tax and other policies to support the cultivation and development of high-tech enterprises and emerging industries, tax reduction of about 302.50 billion yuan; purchase of equipment below 5 million yuan One-time equipment pre-tax deduction and other policies to support equipment renewal and technological transformation tax reduction of about 80 billion yuan. Driven by policies such as tax incentives, the development of scientific and technological innovation and manufacturing has continued to improve steadily since the beginning of this year.
