外媒：拜登可能提名哈里斯担任美国最高法院大法官

据美国《新闻周刊》报道，CNN的一位法律分析师暗示，美国副总统哈里斯可能会被提名进入美国最高法院。报道称，曾担任南卡罗来纳州众议院民主党议员八年的律师巴卡里·塞勒斯表示，70岁的自由派大法官索尼娅·索托马约尔可以从最高法院退休，以便总统拜登提名哈里斯。哈里斯在当选参议员继而成为副总统之前，曾担任旧金山地区检察官和加州总检察长。虽然推选一位没有司法经验的律师进入最高法院并不常见，但并非史无前例。塞勒斯认为，此举可能会在赢得美国总统大选的唐纳德·特朗普上任前匆忙进行。他还表示：“我认为这实际上是一个很好的计划。 我认为它会实现。”
