On November 9, Yan Bojin, chief risk officer and director of the issuance department of the Securities Supervision Commission, said at the 15th Caixin Summit on November 9 that the capital markets function coordinated with investment and financing should be better played to support the development of scientific and technological innovation and new quality productivity, and further comprehensively deepen the reform of capital markets, further promote the balance between the two ends of investment and financing, and further create an ecological environment that supports innovation. Yan Bojin said that the Securities Supervision Commission will further study the institutional arrangements for issuance, listing, supervision of listed companies, and private venture capital, and promote the reform of investment and financing to further enhance the inclusiveness, adaptability and accuracy of various systems of capital markets for scientific and technological innovation enterprises.
