证监会：吸引更多中长期资金进入资本市场

11月9日讯，证监会首席风险官、发行司司长严伯进11月9日在第十五届财新峰会上表示，下一步，要推动并购重组的一些典型案例落地，更好发挥资本市场在并购重组中的“主渠道”作用。严伯进表示，证监会将落实好《关于推动中长期资金入市的指导意见》，创造条件吸引更多的中长期资金进入资本市场；引导私募创投基金“投早、投小、投长期、投硬科技”，进一步促进“募投管退”良性循环的形成。
