美国证券协会（ASA）发文呼吁美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Gary Gensler 立即辞职。ASA 总裁兼首席执行官 Chris Iacovella 表示，“选民已经投票决定这个国家需要一个新的方向，Gensler 主席应当尊重这一投票结果，立即辞去其职务。这是美国工薪家庭、退休储户和小企业重建对 SEC 这一机构的信任和信心的唯一途径。”
