11月8日讯，财政部部长蓝佛安在11月8日举行的十四届全国人大常委会第十二次会议新闻发布会上介绍，防范化解地方政府债务风险，在解决存量债务风险的同时，必须坚决遏制新增隐性债务。财政部将会同相关部门，持续保持“零容忍”的高压监管态势，对新增隐性债务发现一起、查处一起、问责一起。主要从三个方面发力。
