为了访问余额，客户必须在 11 月 6 日前首先存入 10 美元的稳定币。如果未能满足这一要求，客户从 11 月 7 日起将需要支付冻结余额的 10% 才能赎回资金。例如，投资 1000 美元的客户需支付 100 美元才能赎回。此举引发社区对平台透明度和合法性的质疑，疑似陷入骗局。
