On November 7th, Bitcoin mining company Hut8 predicted that after agreeing to purchase 31,145 Bitmain Antminers S21 + mining machines, its self-mining computing power will increase by 66% (from 5.6 EH/s to 9.3 EH/s) around Quarter 1 in 2025, and these mining machines are scheduled to be delivered in early Quarter 1 in 2025.
Hut8 announced a purchase agreement with Bitmain in September, which will increase the company's hashrate by about 15 EH/s. If this option is selected, the company's hashrate could rise further, thus advancing the process of reaching 24 EH/s "as early as the second quarter of 2025".
