Van Eck CEO Jan Van Eck said during the Paris Blockchain Week in Paris, France, "We were also the first to apply for a spot Ethereum ETF in the United States, and we and Ark Invest CEO Cathy Wood were the first to queue up in May. I guess they might be rejected." When CNBC contacted Ark Invest, they did not immediately comment.
