香港财经事务及库务局局长许正宇在瑞士苏黎世展开访问行程时表示，香港将咨询业界意见增加基金及单一家族办公室可享有税务宽减的合资格交易种类，以涵盖排放衍生工具/排放限额、保险相连证券、贷款及私募信贷投资、虚拟资产等，他还表示香港政府发行的绿色债券迄今已成功发行总值2,200亿元的政府绿色债券，包括零售、机构和代币化等多种形式的债券。
