According to the official news, the pilot project jointly carried out by Swift, UBS Asset Management and Chainlink has been successfully concluded. The project used the Swift network to settle subscriptions and redemptions for tokenized funds. The pilot project covered more than 11,500 Financial Institution Groups and more than 200 countries and regions, using a fiat payment system to settle digital asset transactions. This pilot shows how Financial Institution Group uses blockchain technology, the Chainlink platform and the Swift network to settle subscriptions and redemptions for tokenized investment funds, enabling a straight-through payment experience without putting the entire payment process on the chain. Therefore, the entire process of fund subscriptions and redemptions can be automated.
