Cosmos Hub 在 X 平台发文称，已为 Cosmos Hub v21 做好准备，升级将在区块 22953640 处推出（预计在北京时间 11 月 6 日 23：00）。此次升级将使消费者链能够通过任何 IBC 渠道以任何面额发送 ICS 奖励，并将最多三种面额的奖励加在一起，完全无需许可。
