OSL集团收购日本合规加密货币交易所CoinBest

香港上市公司 OSL 集团有限公司（863.HK）（连同其子公司统称OSL 集团）宣布其全资子公司签署了一份股份购买协议，将收购获得日本金融厅（FSA）许可的加密资产交易服务供应商 CoinBest K.K.（下称CoinBest）的 81.38% 股权。此次收购将透过 OSL 集团有限公司的全资子公司 OSL Investment (Japan) Limited 进行，收购预计于明年年底前完成，但需视乎股份购买协议中先决条件的满足（或豁免）而定。
