Cat based Meme coin SharkCat faces a portrait rights lawsuit against Nala Cat after refusing to negotiate cooperation with the latter

On April 9th, SharkCat, a cat based Meme coin project, announced on the X platform that we have been in communication with the Nala Cat team for the past ten days. However, the negotiations were deadlocked as Nala's owner demanded that we provide 10% of the total supply (then worth $20 million) and fully relinquish project control. We have made counter proposals to the other team, including raising over $600000 in tokens through community members, launching charity activities for the Nala brand, free marketing initiatives, and selling the casting rights of Nala as an NFT. In addition, all SharkCat members who have communicated with the Nala team have been threatened with litigation. The members of the SharkCat community who participated in this discussion have decided that they will not yield to these demands for the benefit of our community.
