11月4日讯，中金研报称，未来几年，中国将大概率处于“财政扩张、央行扩表”的状态，虽然具体的路径和节奏仍有待观察，但就其作用机制来讲，未来的发展是降低对信贷（或者说商业银行扩表）的依赖，而这背后又是降低土地的规模不经济的作用，有利于发挥规模经济促进创新发展的潜力。
