CryptoBlox Technologies宣布已签署具有约束力的修订和重述的股份购买协议，将收购位于葡萄牙的区块链金融科技Blockchain Fintech Unipessoal LDA的100%股份，根据修订后的协议，CryptoBlox将以每股0.20美元的视同价格发行25,000,000股CryptoBlox普通股，价值为500万美元，不过这笔交易仍需满足惯例成交条件，包括加拿大证券交易所的批准和香港尽职调查的要求。
