Charles Cascarilla, CEO of blockchain infrastructure firm Paxos, sent an open letter to Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump on Tuesday, urging immediate regulatory changes to support blockchain and digital assets in the United States.
Mr. Cascarella warned that the US financial system was "closed, outdated and inefficient" and risked falling behind global competitors.
