145th Ethereum ACDC Conference: No major issues with Pectra Devnet 4

Christine Kim, Vice President of Research at Galaxy, posted a summary of the 145th Ethereum Core Developer Consensus (ACDC) conference call. This week developers discussed Pectra specification changes that they hope to include in Pectra Devnet 5; Pectra Devnet 4 has not had major issues, and the team has implemented various fixes to enable all users to propose blocks on the development network; Peer DAS Devnet 3 has been shut down after a 100,000-slot reorganization; and the team will most likely not launch the new Peer DAS development network until Devcon ends.
