住建部：10月新建商品房和二手房成交总量连续8个月下降后首次实现增长

11月1日讯，记者从住房城乡建设部获悉，今年10月商品房销售面积同比的连续下降出现了拐点。从同比数据能分析市场趋势。10月份全国新建商品房网签成交量同比增长0.9%，比9月份同比扩大12.5个百分点，自去年6月份连续15个月下降后首次实现增长；全国二手房网签成交量同比增长8.9%，连续7个月同比增长；新建商品房和二手房成交总量同比增长3.9%，自今年2月份连续8个月下降后首次实现增长。
