11月1日消息，香港证监会官方网站更新虚拟资产交易平台牌照申请信息，其中显示Nebulas Exchange已于2024年10月25日向香港证监会提交虚拟资产交易平台牌照申请，提交的虚拟资产交易平台运营者公司名称为“Nebulas Hong Kong Limited ”，暂无中文名称。
截至目前，香港证监会公布的虚拟资产交易平台牌照申请者数量为15家，根据打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例，HKbitEX、PantherTrade、Accumulus、DFX Labs、Bixin.com、xWhale、YAX、Bullish、Crypto.com、WhaleFin、Matrixport HK共11家平台被当作获发牌。
